Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Returns and exchanges are accepted strictly in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return Window & Eligibility You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be due to a genuine manufacturing defect.

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

  • An unboxing video showing the defect is mandatory to process any return request smoothly.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@navelistudio.com with your proof of purchase and unboxing video/photos of the defect.

  2. Unauthorised returns sent back without prior approval will be rejected.

Return Shipping & Convenience Fee Once your return request is approved:

  • You may self-ship the item back to our warehouse at your own expense, OR

  • You may opt for a reverse pickup arranged by us for a flat convenience fee of ₹250, which will be deducted from your final credit amount.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • We do not offer cash, credit card, or bank account refunds.

  • All approved returns will be issued strictly as Store Credit.

  • Once we inspect and approve your returned item at our warehouse, your Store Credit will be issued within 10 business days. The entire process, from return shipment to credit issuance, takes up to 25 days.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions We do not accept returns on:

  • Change of mind, size preference issues, or minor color variations.

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Perishable, personal care, or hazardous items.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If your defect return is approved, you will receive Store Credit to place a new order for the desired item.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@navelistudio.com immediately with your unboxing video so we can resolve it.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the EU, customers retain the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returned items must meet our inspection criteria, and approved refunds for EU orders will be issued as Store Credit.
